3. Subscription and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Monthly Plan: Renews automatically every month.
- Half Yearly Subscription: Renews automatically every six months.
- Annual Subscription: Renews automatically each year.
- One-Time Boxes: Do not renew.
3.2 Billing
- Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method when subscribing. By providing your payment information, you authorise Paws Box to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
- Billing Cycle: Billing occurs at the beginning of your subscription cycle (monthly, half yearly, or annually) and may also occur for any additional charges you may incur.
- Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Paws Box website or contacting our customer service. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
4.2 Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans. All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service for assistance.

- Paws Box currently ships within the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary based on location.
5.2 Delivery
- We aim to deliver your box within a reasonable timeframe each month, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
6. Product Availability and Substitutions
Paws Box products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Use of Products
All products provided by Paws Box are intended for use by dogs and cats only. Always supervise your pet while they are using a products presented in a Paws Box and ensure that any treats are suitable for your pet's diet. It remains your responsibility to review the suitability of each product before giving to your pet. If in doubt, do not give to your pet, it is entirely at your discretion whether you give your pet the products presented by Paws Box.
