Terms and Conditions
1.1 This giveaway is organised by Paws Box Limited, a UK limited company with a registered address at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom in collaboration with Compass Insurance with a registered address at 7 Pullman Court, Great Western Road, Gloucester, GL1 3ND
2. Eligibility
2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of Compass Insurance and Paws Box Limited, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The competition is open exclusively to businesses that offer dog-friendly accommodation in the UK.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The giveaway opens on Monday 28th July 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on Monday 25th August 2025 (Closing Date). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
3.2 Only one entry per business is permitted.
3.3 To enter the competition, you must provide your first name, business name and email address via the giveaway entry form.
3.4 No purchase or engagement with Paws Box or Compass Insurance products or services is required to enter.
4. The Prize
4.1 There are 10 prizes available. Only one prize will be allocated per winning dog-friendly accommodation business.
4.2 Each prize consists of one a Pooch Park Pack containing a reception desk Kilner jar full with dog treats, 20 x 45g bags of dog pupcorn, a box of dog toys, a scrub-a-dub pack of dog grooming products, a dog welcome check-in pack, an embroidered dog towel and an embroidered dog blanket. The specific style and colour of each prize item may vary according to stock available at the time that the winners are announced. The value and quantity of the prize will remain unaltered.
4.3 The prize includes delivery to a registered business address in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland.
4.4 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.5 Paws Box reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Paws Box's control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 10 winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computerised process on or before 29th August 2025.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 1st September 2025.
5.3 If the winner does not respond to Paws Box within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Paws Box will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 Paws Box will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
6.2 All data collected will be stored and managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
6.3 By entering the competition, you agree to being contacted occasionally by Paws Box with offers and promotions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Paws Box, Compass Insurance, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize whatsoever. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. General
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Paws Box may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
8.2 Paws Box reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
